System assessment entails, identifying and analyzing the current and future information needs of the organization and planning how the current systems must be configured or modified so as to be able to accommodate and support the new data. It also includes testing the effectiveness of the organization’s current systems against ‘best practices’ to ensure its integrity and reliability is consistently managed, at all times. 

PROCESS ASSESSMENT

Process assessment entails identifying and analyzing the current and future information needs of the organization and planning how the current processes are able to meet them.  It also includes testing the effectiveness of the organization’s current processes against ‘best practices’ to ensure its integrity and reliability, is consistently managed, at all times. 

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
